1. Acceptance

Using this site or hiring innovspatial Private Limited means you’re in. If you don't like these terms, don't use the site.

2. Services

We do BIM, CAD, and Tech Docs. Specifics, deadlines, and deliverables live in your Statement of Work (SOW) or Quote.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Your Data: Your drawings and data stay yours.

  • Deliverables: You own the final models/drawings once you pay in full.

  • Portfolio: We can use anonymized images of the work for our portfolio unless an NDA blocks it.

4. Liability

We aren't liable for indirect or accidental damages. Max liability is capped at the fees you actually paid for that specific project.

5. Legal

Governed by India laws. Any legal disputes go to courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
